American Express and Money Orders. Credit card transactions will be processed upon shipment. We will ship
out your order upon receipt of Money Order.
Shipping
At
Outside-In, we strive to provide a positive on-line experience.
Your order will be shipped within 3 - 4 business days.When your items have shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from Click-N-Ship or Quantum View.
Estimated
delivery time is 3 - 8 business days. For 2nd Day Air or

Occasionally,
some items are temporarily out-of-stock and you will be
alerted to any shipping delay.
At this time, delivery is limited to the Contnental USA .
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is not available. For shipment to Canada, please contact us at 1.877.2SHOPOI (1.877.275.6764) or store@outsideinhome.com.
Orders
shipped to multiple addresses will result in an additional
shipping charge. Some heavy, fragile or oversized items
may also incur an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of any additional charges.
For items purchased from gift registries, please indicate which registry you are purchasing from and, if it a local registry, whether or not you would like your purchases shipped. Items not shipped will be wrapped and held for pickup.
Returns
and Exchanges
Return
of Merchandise Authorization Policy (RMA):
We
want you to feel completely comfortable when you order products
from Outside-In Home.com and hope to meet your expected quality standards.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the date of
purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging
and condition. Returns/exchanges must be authorized by our staff; items will not be accepted without a RMA number. Please follow these easy instructions:

within 5 business days of the receipt of your order.
You
will then be provided with a RMA number by our staff; this
number must be marked boldly on the outer carton returned.
Please allow us 5 business days to respond to RMA and
order status request.
Items
must be packed securely in the original packaging unless
otherwise noted. Use enclosed return label when using
U.S. Postal Service. Please note that any item received
damaged or in used condition will not be credited.
Please
note that we will not accept COD deliveries. All Shipping
Charges are the responsibility of the customer including returns and exchanges. Returns are also accepted at our Aptos, CA location with the original receipt. Please allow 5 business days for your in-store return to be processed.
Breakage/Damage:
All
items have been carefully inspected prior to being shipped
and will leave our store in perfect condition (please keep
in mind that some of our pottery and metal items are designed
to have a rustic and distressed finish that adds to the
style of the product). We make every effort to pack your order in the most protected manner possible. However, there are certain issues that cannot be prevented while in transit.
In the event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify UPS at 1-800-742-5877 within 5 days. All original
packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available
to process claim. UPS will contact our office to resolve the claim. We will then contact you to replace the item or issue a credit. Please contact us with any questions at 1.877.274.6764 or store@outsideinhome.com.
Refund
Process:
We
will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse;
however transit time can add an 8 - 12 day delay to the refund process. In addition,
banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds
appear on your credit card statement. Your merchandise refund will
be credited back to the same credit card used to make your
original purchase.
